Return unused pieces within 7 days in their original packing.

Our team unpacks and checks every piece with you. If anything is scratched, broken or the wrong colour, tell them on the spot — we replace or repair it free.

After delivery

• Report hidden damage or missing parts within 3 days, with a photo.
• Change-of-mind returns within 7 days if the piece is unused and in its original packing; a pickup charge applies.
• Made-to-order sizes and fabrics cannot be returned.
• Frames carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults.

How to start

• Call or message us with your order number, or use Track Order to find it.
• Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, send a photo.
• We arrange the pickup or replacement — usually within 2–3 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid — bKash, Nagad or card — within 3–7 working days after we receive the item. For cash on delivery we refund by bKash or Nagad. Need help? Write to hello@nibash.example.
