How to Choose the Right Sofa Size

A sofa should fill about two-thirds of the wall it stands against.

• Measure the wall and the doorways it must pass through.
• Leave 45 cm between the sofa and the coffee table.
• Seat depth over 90 cm is best for curling up; 80 cm for upright sitting.
• Tape the outline on the floor for a day before ordering.

Measure twice, order once.
